One area we worked on recently was listing detail page speed.

That might sound technical, but the benefit is simple.

A buyer clicks a listing.

The page should load quickly.

They should be able to view photos, details, and take action without waiting around.

Speed matters.

The benefit is pretty straightforward.

When alerts are cleaner and more reliable, agents have a better chance of keeping buyers engaged without manually chasing every property update.

That’s why alert design, delivery, saved searches, and deep-link behavior have been getting attention.
