Let us know if you wanna come to a Fourth of July class to keep your body tight for Fourth of July. We’re halfway through the summer, fall is right around the corner. You gotta keep these bodies tight.

Another great Wild Wednesday Cardio Drumming Class smacked down BayBody Fitness. Thank you ladies for all the support. We will be back next week . Whoever wants to come get their sweat on is more than welcome. First class is free. Next class is $12 per person.

Happy Tuesday everyone I could not spare myself to do a video so instead I decided to do a post . After returning from NYC almost a month ago I thought I sprained my foot which wasn’t a Spain my foot was broken. My foot needs to heal. At this time I will have to cancel this weeks class and next weeks Wild Wednesday Cardio Drumming class per my doctors orders. I have to rest my foot . I haven’t been following the doctors instructions so now I have to or else. 😬😩
So sorry again ladies xoxoxo

We will see you all back on June 3rd New Routine, New list. Deli, Yaya, Okay, Not Like Us, and the list goes on, shhhhh…..
