Three things you can do this week to focus better at work.

One. One screen, one task. Close the other tabs. Yes, all of them.

Two. Box-breathe before the hard meeting. In four, hold four, out four, hold four.

Three. Move first. Even ten minutes of drilling before your day starts changes the next ten hours.

We use the same principles in every adult jiu-jitsu class at Gracie Largo West Jiu Jitsu.

So thankful and grateful for so many fantastic and fearless new women on the mats today for regular classes!!

Summer is the perfect time to stay cool inside with the AC, learning sweet self defense moves, awesome and unconventional way of getting in a great workout annnnnd making new friends!!

When we were kids we got to go outside and just jump on into the next huddle of kids and start playing…we all know adulthood friendship is not that easy to connect, but here on these mats… you make friends for life.

So proud of all these strong fearless females coming out today to learn more and become empowered one step at time!!
