Public announcement: Tryouts for the 2026-2027 Golden Spurs dance team will be in March 2026. A parent meeting will be held on February 9, 2026 at 5pm in the Nixon cafeteria. The 2025-2026 Nixon Golden Spurs will be hosting a Jr. Golden Spur camp. If interested, please scan the QR code for more information. Camp will be for ages 3 (potty trained) and up. Deadline to register is January 20, 2026. Camp attendees will be performing during a basketball halftime on February 10, 2026.

We would like to congratulate the 2024-2025 Senior Golden Spurs. On Friday's Nixon vs. Cigarroa football game, the Seniors did their last jump split and performed a kick routine dedicated to their parents.
