Happy Sunday everyone! I was made aware that today at Acro Fitness Estudio they have Mr. Franca from Brazil. They have several workshops including tricking many acrobatic disciplines. Check them out, unfortunately today is the only day he will be here so if you can check them out!

Hey everyone! My brother and I got to check out the new M.A.D. Fitness center, and here's the info. Membership is 39.99 if you only want to use weights but access to everything is 59.99(open gym with trainers available), which includes the obstacle course and rock climbing wall as well as the weights.
