This is 100% true, if you have tried any type of fad diet that is extremely restricted you know that yes, in the meantime of doing it you will shed the weight you've been trying to shed. The real question is have you truly been able to keep it off? Majority of the answer to that is no. It is not possible to continue your everday lifestyle on that extreme diet, because lets be real, who would want that for the rest of their lives? Personally, I LOVE FOOD!! What if I told you, you can have your favorite foods and keep weight off or hit your physical goals? You'd think I was crazy, but it is possible! It all comes down to discipline and creating everyday habits that are realistic for you to continue living your life and eating what you love😍😍
