Here’s the latest news on The Sioux Empire Body Building Competition coming up this summer in Sioux Falls.

Date: Saturday, July 7th 2012

Location: Orpheum Theatre Center, 315 North Phillips Ave. Sioux Fall, SD 57104

Entry Fee: $25 for 1st class entry if paid before June 15th 2012

After June 15th 2012, $35 for 1st class entry

Crossovers $ 20 per crossover class

Cash or Money Order only; make payable to Warren Egebo

Urinalysis Tested:

$30 cost per person for Bodybuilding and Figure competitors only. Bikini and Male

Model will not be tested (only if they cross over to Bodybuilding & Figure divisions)

This cost is for the Urinalysis testing of the top two in the Pro qualifier divisions.

Those winners will be required to give urine samples before leaving the venue the

night of the show. Results will be posted on web page. If anyone does not pass

the test , next person in line will take the title or move up in position and person not

passing test will be banned from show for 5 years.

Posing

Prejudging: Mandatory poses and symmetry only

Final: 60 second time limit on free posing

Music (BB routines and Figure walks) NO profanity in music

CD with SINGLE song cued for play

Bodybuilding – solid color trunks ONLY

Props / Costumes – Bodubuilding (Male / Female) evening posing routines only

Figure / Bikini – suits may be multi-colored, sequined, jewelry,

high heels. (NO g-strings allowed)

Male Model – Board Beach shorts

Banned Substances: check www.NationalGym.com

NGA Card: Present current NGA card (or photo copy) at check in table or purchase

card at check-in on July 7th , 2012 for $45. Card is valid for a year

Awards: Sculptured trophies to top five in each class
