Love Triangle Squats! Using the Landmine attachment, these allow our athletes to really get after the mobility at the hip, knee and ankle in a unilateral fashion. Very effective to increase mobility with athletes who struggle “bending” when they squat. Here we have .murray27, who is 6’4”, bending very deep and getting nice and deep on each leg. murray27

This is one of our soccer players who recently suffered a broken collarbone. Squats?? No problem! Here we can avoid involving the collarbone and don’t have to load the the back or arms with weight. We can still squat with full range of motion and no worries of further hurting or inflicting pain at the collarbone...and we won’t hurt our athlete any further! On the road to recovery!💥
