You have one week left to join Seeking the Sacred...

Seeking the Sacred is a return to meaningful connection — with yourself, your community, and spirit.

The return takes you deeper than a single class or one-time workshop can. Our intimate journey consists of three special gatherings that guide you inward, outward, and upward through presence, ceremony, and connection.

What you'll experience together:

Over three Sunday gatherings (3–5 PM at the studio), you'll move through cacao ceremony, elemental rituals, ecstatic dance, somatic work, and sharing circles — alongside deeply personal practices like yoga, meditation, pranayama, and reiki.

August 30th — Seeking Self and Turning Inwards

September 13th — Seeking Others and Turning Outwards

September 27th — Seeking Spirit and Turning Upwards

Between gatherings, you're still held in the circle. You'll have weekly WhatsApp support — video, voice, and text check-ins from me — plus pre-recorded practices to anchor you and a Seeking the Sacred altar kit with spiritual tools you'll use throughout the journey.

I created Seek because I realized I could build my own spiritual home instead of fitting into someone else's version of one. Now I get to do this work inside the oldest church in the state of Wyoming — and it's time to reclaim it as a place for deep, spiritual connection.

Investment: $333 or $111/month.

Enrollment closes Sunday, August 23rd so I can prepare for the first gathering. if you've been feeling the pull toward this, don't let the week pass without saying yes!

Anyone can copy the shape of a posture—but true alignment and embodiment require awareness, curiosity, and intentional guidance.

Join Sydney Humphrey (RYT 500) and Audrey Jansen (E-RYT 500, Studio Owner) for their Align + Embody workshop: an experiential practice designed to help you better understand, feel, and refine foundational vinyasa yoga postures for your body.

Through intentional cueing, deeper exploration of alignment, and optional hands-on assistance, you’ll build greater stability, confidence, and energetic connection with asana (the physical postures of yoga).

This is an opportunity to break it down, ask questions, receive personalized support, and experience familiar poses in an entirely new way.

We are closed this Saturday for our annual Seek Summer Solstice experience (spots still available—events link in bio to save yours) and our summer schedule begins on Sunday with Soul Flow on the Deck

If you’ve been around for awhile, you know that deck season is a whole vibe:

☀️ Feeling the sun’s warmth on your skin as your arrive
🐦 Flowing to the sound of birds chirping
☁️ Watching clouds float by during shavasana

Everything is fleeting. Come celebrate and soak up summer with us while it’s here!

P.s. weekend deck classes fill up quickly so save your spot in advance + arrive early to settle in. Classes in orange are held outside on our covered deck. Classes in blue are held inside the studio.

Join Rachelle + Audrey for a sacred summer gathering to honor the turning of the season!

Through cacao ceremony, fire meditation, ecstatic dance, astrology, yoga, and crystal ritual, we’ll celebrate not only the season itself, but also our individual divine spark and our place within the collective flame.

As the sun enters Cancer, this gathering offers space to slow down, set intention, and root more deeply into what you want to carry into the season ahead.
