👋 Hey there, Instagram! For my friends and family, thank you all for following and supporting my coaching journey! For those who don’t know me, let me introduce myself: I'm Coach Sydney, a passionate multisport coach with a deep-rooted love for swimming. 🏊♀️💚
As a lifelong swimmer, I've always been drawn to the water, feeling its embrace and witnessing the incredible power it holds. 🌊 But my journey didn't stop there! I dove headfirst into the world of coaching. After finishing my collegiate swimming career, I hopped out of the pool, onto the deck, and began coaching with my alma mater, The University of North Texas. I quickly fell in love with coaching and haven’t looked back! 🥇
In June of 2022, I joined and have enjoyed learning from a great community of coaches. At Team MPI, we create personalized training plans, coach technique refinement, and provide strategic workouts tailored to your individual needs. We’ll build a strong foundation for success and help you crush your goals. 🎯 The best part is that we get to do this while fostering a supportive community of like-minded coaches and athletes. 💪🤝
Why endurance sports? Endurance sports aren't just about the destination—they're about embracing the process, relishing the sweat, and cultivating an unyielding spirit. I enjoy helping athletes refine their technique and learn to leverage the discipline and resilience needed to excel in their chosen sport. 🌟
