Congrats to Denyse for crushing Ironman St. George 70.3 this past weekend. Despite the heat and hills she pulled out a half IM best time by 15 minutes!

Special congrats to Katie for finishing her first triathlon this past weekend at Challenge Miami. It's always a joy to remember those first race "feels".

There's nothing better than ending the year with a little face lift.

One of the joys of being a small business is learning how to do all kinds of different things, but there are some things that should be left to the professionals... such as the face of your brand!

So many thank you's are due to Theresa at Affinity Studios for her help with elevating our logo to have a more professional presence. We are looking forward to continue working with her on other exciting projects as we continue our brand development journey.
