Bringing back a couple class times this week!🎉

Wednesday 6:45PM- HOT YIN YOGA
Yin yoga is a slow paced, calming practice. In our hot room it is so cozy and divine!

Sunday 9AM- HOT YOGA W/CALISTHENICS
Does anyone remember our “Power Yoga” from back in the day?! This class will bring elements of a powerful vinyasa flow with some body weight strength segments added! Each class will have a focus on working towards some of the more advanced “tricks” in an accessible way!

Honored to have performed at Arts in the Park for the TENTH consecutive year🙀🦋❤️

So excited for Arts in the Park this week! We will have the aerial rig set up right in front of the stage! Watch us do a few tricks, and then give it a try yourself!! Take a spin, take a photo! We are the 6-6:45 time slot!🦋❤️

TOMORROW: Join us at Fox Park Thursday, July 23, 7PM, for Allman Brothers tribute band Peach Jam!
Preconcert: 6PM- The Yoga Studio on Lincolnway
The evening will also include a poetry reading by Tim Ahlemyer, an art exhibit by Rob Prellwitz, the national anthem performed by Lana Richardson, and facepainting with Joyful Creations!
Concessions served by and food trucks: Downs Family Catering and D&D Goodies!

A slight change to our morning classes with Ryan-
Tuesday/Thursday 9am is moving to the upstairs studio!

An update for my in-person yoga classes:
They will be upstairs from now on.
Every Tues. & Thurs.
The Yoga Studio on Lincolnway
If you’re unfamiliar with the studio, the door is just to the left of the downstairs. It opens directly to a flight of stairs. There have been some pleasing, aesthetic updates to the studio space, including the wall behind me. (Totally made me smile this morning.)
