Whether it was for a single day or since day one, we want to sincerely thank every single person who has walked through our doors.

After 8 years in business we have decided that it is time for us to end this chapter of our life and close the gym doors. We are thankful for the countless memories and relationships this business has given us and are excited for what God has in store for us next.

We will be having an equipment sale SATURDAY AUGUST 12th from 10:00am - 2:00pm (ish).

5K REGISTRATION IS OPEN!

The first annual Heart Warriors 5k will take place in Lapeer on May 27th, 2023. This will be a chip-timed 5k race and non-timed 1 mile walk. Proceeds will benefit the Save A Heart - C.S. Mott Children's Hospital.

Today I’m bringing you an easy peesy, yet delicious, sandwich! The trick is allllll in the homemade ranch
Ranch recipe:
2 (10oz) plain Greek yogurt
1 packet ranch seasoning
Mix, mix, mix!!!
Sandwich:
Protein wrap (I use Ole Extreme brand)
Homemade ranch
Roasted Turkey
Cheese (used American)
Bacon
Romaine lettuce
***you could add tomatoes, I don’t have any ***
Layer:
Wrap
Ranch
Cheese
Turkey
Bacon
Lettuce
Tomato

A message from our Nutrition Coach 🔥

The Freedom Nutrition Program has been going strong and one of my clients recently shared a win! We have been working on creating some healthier habits and she is already noticing some weight loss.

Now the biggest reason I wanted to share this post is because she mentioned that she feels like she is eating more! Not once, with any of my clients, have I ever told any of them that they needed to eat less. In fact, every single one of them I have increased their daily calorie amounts. Every. Single. Person.

Crew, it is not always eat less and move more. Sometimes you need to eat more.

Our group sessions started a new training cycle this week!

Sessions consist of a main lift, accessory lifts and conditioning at the beginning or end of the workout.

Mondays new main lift was Pause Back Squats.

💥Adding a 2-5 second pause at the bottom of your squat is beneficial because:

▪️ Reduces the stress placed on the lower back at the bottom of the squat

▪️Requires legs to push much harder to return to the starting position because the muscles have more time under tension.

▪️ Increases core strength

▪️ Helps you to push more weight in your other lifts

What to expect from a Free Intro?

If you haven't worked with us before or it has been a while, you are able to book a Free intro session with one of our coaches.

The session can be over the phone, zoom or in person.

During that session the following will happen
You will discuss your fitness and health goals
You will dig into why you have the goals you do
You will be asked to identify why you haven't been able to accomplish them
You will be asked questions about your current nutrition and fitness routine
You & your coach will identify areas that have holes in them and areas that are going well.

You will leave with a recommendation on what would be the best program or route for you to take.

Our 3 week OnRamp Program
Our group training program
Our online coaching program
Our Freedom Nutrition program
Or a referral to someone that may be better suited to help you accomplish your goals.
