The su***de rate in our country continues to climb!! It has increased by 33% since 1999.
If you suspect someone is thinking of killing themself ask them directly. “Are you going to kill yourself?” This is the only clear way to know. If the answer is yes, give them your time and ACTIVE listen, don’t judge! If that’s too much than get them help but do not turn your back and leave them.
