10:30am we start w/ a full 1 hour pad class led by coaches: Travis, Christos, Eddie, and Nelson.

We’ve wanted to test this pad class format for a while, and Labor Day seems like a good time to try it!

Then at 11:30am we have open mat [NoGi].
