This is your reminder of tomorrow’s 5:15pm start time for the kick-off to the LRL season (Girls currently in grades 3-6) at the field behind the old Lansing Market at the north end of Triphammer Road!

A BIG reminder that it’s going to be toasty! Current forecast is sunny and a high of 84 degrees! BRING WATER, pull your hair back, do all the things to keep yourself cool and healthy!

Also, if you have extra equipment that’s been outgrown such as cleats, sticks, eye protection, etc… feel free to bring it with you to pass down to next generation players! That said, make sure you have your own goggles and mouth guard in order to play.

That about sums it up. WE CAN’T WAIT TO SEE YOU!!

The Inaugural Daffodil Dash 5K and 1-Mile run/walk is taking place on Earth Day - April 22 at 9:30. Start and finish at the Ithaca Children's Garden and check out the 90,000 daffodils in bloom along the race course! Best of all - it's FREE for everyone! In case you were wondering if we are there yet.... NOT EVEN CLOSE! And thank goodness for that!

There are still nine Sunday training dates remaining in the LRL off-season option and we'd love to see your athlete there. Practices take place at noon (at The Field at The Rink in Lansing) and registration is required for insurance purposes, but payment is super easy and can be made on-line, by check or by Venmo. Just head over to www.ithacalacrosseclub.org to sign up.
