New equipment at the gym!

We have a new power rack with an adjustable bench plus a new strip of indoor artificial turf. The turf will be a great area for sled pushes/pulls, walking lunges, core work, stretching, and much more. Come check it out!!

Starting May 20th, we will no longer be storing shoes overnight.

We’ll be removing the shoe shelves in the weight room to make space for additional equipment and create a more open training environment.

Cubbies will be available in the lobby for storing shoes and bags during your workout, but all items must be taken with you when you leave.

This change will help reduce clutter and allow us to continue improving the gym for everyone.

Don’t be alarmed if you start noticing a couple machines leaving the gym. I am starting to make space for some improvements/upgrades that are on the way! Thank you for your patience and understanding!

Due to lack of sign ups we will be cancelling the Lifting Competition for December 6th. Those of you who are already registered and paid up, refunds will be issued today and should reflect that in your bank account within 3-5 business days. We would still love to put this event on in the future. Let’s us know the best time of year to try again next year. Thank you all!
