We wrapped up our final Lansing Local Tour event of 2026 in early-August. We are grateful for your support again in year #3. Hosting the Lansing Local Tour is very special to us and we truly enjoy it. We also recognize the significant time and financial commitment you make to support your player’s junior golf experience, and we are honored to be included in your journey.

We have begun the process working on our 2027 schedule. Please give us any feedback/suggestions you have. It will include 6-7 USKG Lansing Local Tour events (weekdays), and 4-5 USKG Teen Series events (weekends).

A special thank you to Willow Brook Golf Club for hosting our final two events, as well as all of the golf courses that welcomed the Lansing Local Tour throughout the summer.

While our Local Tour season has come to an end, there is still more U.S. Kids Golf coming to Michigan this year. Our first-ever U.S. Kids Golf Teen Series event in Michigan will be held September 5–6 at Northville Hills Golf Club, featuring 36 holes of stroke play for Boys 12–14, Boys 15–18 and Girls 12–18.

Players will have the opportunity to earn U.S. Kids Golf Priority Status, AJGA Performance Stars and Junior Golf Scoreboard Rankings while competing against junior golfers from throughout the Midwest.

Thank you again for making the 2026 U.S. Kids Golf Lansing Local Tour such a memorable summer. We look forward to seeing many of you back on the golf course soon!

The 2026 U.S. Kids Golf Lansing Local Tour continued Thursday at Hartland Glen Golf Course!

Despite challenging air quality conditions from the Canadian wildfire smoke, we were grateful to complete another successful event thanks to the cooperation of our families and the additional safety measures that were put in place. By allowing players and caddies to use motorized carts between shots and holes, we reduced the amount of time players and caddies were exposed to the outdoor conditions while also reducing the physical exertion required throughout the round. We appreciate every family for making an informed decision that was best for them and for helping us make the day run smoothly.

The 2026 U.S. Kids Golf Lansing Local Tour continued Monday at Meridian Sun Golf Club! Thank you to all of our players and families for another outstanding event. We saw some terrific golf throughout the day, highlighted by Brian Brady’s 4-under-par 68, along with four players finishing even or under par in the 9-hole divisions.

The 2026 Lansing Local Tour continued this past Wednesday at Rolling Meadows Golf Course! Congratulations to all of our champions and to every player who competed. We had a great field of junior golfers and some exciting finishes, including two playoffs to determine division champions.

The USKG Lansing Local Tour spent today at The Emerald Golf Course working on the course setup.... and it's a great layout! Forgiving off the tee, with challenging greens that were firm and fast. Also, their restaurant was the perfect post round meal.
