Some of the best summer memories start around a table.

Our new summer menu is here, featuring fresh flavors, seasonal inspiration, and the kind of dishes that make you want to linger just a little longer with family and friends.

A special shout-out to Board Member Stella Cash, whose enthusiasm for our Parmesan Stuffed Red Bliss Potatoes helped earn them a spot on the menu after she enjoyed them at a Club event.

Thank you to Chef Eric Manning and his culinary team for bringing another season of creativity and hospitality to the table.

Saturday's Summer Kick-Off Luau made it official: School's out and summer is in session!

Today was the first day of our water aerobics class! Led by instructor Nicole Brilliantes, this high-energy, low-impact summer workout challenged members to stretch, strengthen, and splash!

Our members learned "olive" the tricks and techniques to make a truly stunning spread. 🫒With Executive Chef Eric Manning leading a live demonstration, members experimented with cheeses, fruit, crackers, meats, and more to create charcuterie boards that were as fabulous as they were flavorful!

Today we celebrate the retirement of a truly special member of our U-Club team: Bill Kirkendall.

For years, he has been our jack-of-all-trades, our dependable team member we could always count on whenever and wherever help was needed. Reliable, responsible, hardworking, and always willing to lend a hand, he made an impact on this Club in more ways than we can count.

But beyond all of that, he will be remembered most for the way he connected with our members — especially our littlest ones — with his kindness, quick wit, and playful sense of humor. His jokes, smile, and familiar presence will be deeply missed by members and staff alike.

Please join us in congratulating him on his retirement and thanking him for the years of dedication, friendship, and laughter he brought to our U-Club family. We wish him nothing but happiness in this next chapter!
