As a trainer, I gotta lead by example and hold myself accountable like I do my clients.

Picture on the left: did more cardio (actually running outdoors), flexible eating but I was eating less calories, inconsistent with glute focused exercises.
Left pic: waaaaaaaay less cardio 😌, more compound movements and isolation workouts, flexible dieting and eating waaaay more calories😬

Needless to say, I weigh about the same in both pics (give or take 4 pounds).

This lifestyle isn’t for the weak… but nothing worth having comes easy!
