As many of you know in my younger days I was a big wrestling fan and I watched Central States Wrestling every weekend back in the 80's. This is one of my favorite times of summer. Getting kids ready for fall sports and helping them get healthy! It's always a lot of fun working with Little Oliver (he is not so little anymore) he is a very hard worker and we have great time! Attention parents of athletes!!!! Fall sports practices are coming up quickly and here is an opportunity to get a jump start on the competition!

Primetime Sports and Fitness will be having speed and agility camps to work on speed, quickness, and agility to prepare athletes for the fall season.

There will be two weekly camps both weeks will be on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday and will feature training, competition, and some fun games.

The camps are $35 for the 3 day sessions and will fall on the following dates.
Times will be 6:30-7:45pm
Week 1 July 25th, 27th, and 29th
Week 2 August 1st, 3rd, and 5th

Yes it is mid January but it's never too early to begin spring sports training! I will taking appointments for baseball and softball training. Weekend sessions will begin in late February/early March
