Capital City Dragon Boat Race Racing dragon boats in beautiful Lansing, Michigan, USA, supporting the Women's Center of Greater Lansing. The 2026 race is postponed to early September 2027.

Keep visiting our page for updates and for dragon boating tips from friends around the world! On September 15, 2019, hundreds of competitors will gather in Hawk Island Park to welcome the dragons, train with their teams, then race for the gold! We are currently registering teams, taking sponsorships, and gathering volunteers! Please contact us to get involved in this great event!

Our community (Greater Lansing, Michigan, USA) lost a dear friend and competitor earlier this year. Yesterday her teammates, family and friends celebrated her with her final paddle.
