That’s a wrap, WERQ 2024! We dance, we sweat, we play, we mess up, we cry, we laugh, we leave it all on the floor. This format…the team…the people…we leave judgement at the door and connect through movement. We create bonds through rhythm, and better our physical and mental health and wellness together. We have become a FAMILY. Thank you, WERQ family for the best hour of the week. Thank you for the hour that has become therapy. Cheers to more b***y shaking in 2025! Join us!

Strong Sis Fitness has teamed up with Playmakers to bring you a FREE pop up commUNITY event! Join us Thursday, September 26th from 6-7 pm for a dance fitness WERQout built on good vibes and a judgment free zone. Class will hopefully be outdoors, but we can move it indoors if the weather isn’t cooperating.
