If you’re serious about leveling up your game, start here 👇

1. Stop comparing yourself. Everyone’s timeline looks different—focus on YOUR progress.
2. Take recovery seriously. Nutrition, sleep, and mindset aren’t extras… they’re part of performance.
3. HS athletes: don’t rush into one sport too early. Build a well-rounded foundation.
4. Train your reset. Mistakes are part of the game—learn how to respond, stay composed, and get right back into it.
5. Have fun. Seriously. This won’t last forever, so enjoy the process while you’re in it.

Consistency > perfection. Stack the small wins 💪

NEW NEW NEW! I branched out with Iron Mentality and tapped into my creative side, and fell in love with making my own shirts. The purpose of Iron Mentality Clothing Co., is to advocate and spread self love through the clothing. Self Love is something we don’t see enough, and I especially see it working in a gym- hence the inspiration!
I only have a few designs up as of right now but I hope to branch out with more self love/mental health designs as well as some gym and gym humor designs. I will be posting more to come!
