Some days it feels impossible to get started. Just showing up is difficult. This is one of those days... I started at The Army wellness center where I got composition tested in the Bod Pod. One block away is Gruber gym. I totally stalled, started to skip it... "I'll work it in later." Started driving away... forced myself to drive back... sat in the parking lot... felt like there was a force repelling me... Finally willed myself through the front door. First half of the battle is won. Showing up is half the battle in life!
Next battle... start pushing this up and down the track.. then the next battle... keep pushing... don't stop.

Edit: As I was pushing the sled, Kyle (about to retire from the Army) walks up in his "Don't Let The Hard Days Win" shirt from the Valhalla Project. Had to get some pics!
