Friends 🧘🏻‍♂️ as some of you may know, my father recently had a reoccurrence of his glioblastoma (brain cancer) & has been hospitalized since Wednesday 9/21. At this time, I need to step back and prioritize family & self care.

I will be giving up my Friday Guided Journey class at Invert Your World, however, the radiant Sera Anello will be covering for me.

I’ll still be there for my Monday 7 pm Align class. This class allows me to be present, to give back to my yoga community, and to step away from life’s current challenges. I hope you’ll join me there. As always, sharing practice with you is an honor & I’m so truly grateful for that.
