His mission was to create a welcoming space where members can focus on training either with a small group or in private sessions. We've certainly accomplished this in the years we’ve been here! If you have spent 40 or 50 years focused mostly on working hard, and being successful, you have probably been trading your health for wealth.

And now, with some professional help, you can turn that around.

It feels SO amazing to reverse your aging process. To actually feel and know that you are younger and stronger and healthier than you were 10 or 20 years ago.


Consistent, effective daily strength training, in small doses of specific exercises that work on balance, muscle awareness and motor control, and more, is the single most effective thing you can do to slow this decline(this includes cognitive decline) This decline can even be stopped or reversed for a significant period of time.

Add to that some simple changes in eating, hydration, and other small changes in how you get all of your basic needs met, and you can create some phenomenal changes in your quality of life over the next 20, 30, even 50 years.
If you are between 50 and 70, this is an excellent time to begin.

This noble effort is NOT, as Peter states: “an astronomical amount of work”.
Not at all.
It is quite the opposite, in my experience.
It can be a very reasonable, and very enjoyable, part of your daily and weekly rhythm. It requires a tiny fraction of the work, struggle, and sacrifice you have put into being successful. (And it costs WAY less than you have paid for your newest automobile!) Taking total ownership of your health, making yourself look and feel amazingly alive, well into your 80's, 90's or 100's, can and should be a relatively small and enjoyable endeavor.

I know this is true because I’ve done it myself and supported many others in doing it as well. I’m 58 years old, and I feel 10 years younger than I did just a year ago.

Stop the decline before it goes nonlinear. BE more alive and amazing than you can ever remember being.
If you will get clear on this intention and take it up with sincerity, consistency, and professional support, you and the people in your life will, within a short period of time, see it as the most important and valuable thing you’ve ever done. You will feel younger and stronger and more yourself than you can even imagine right now.

One legged work is ESSENTIAL training, both for athletes and for well-agers.

We do one-legged training in every Vibrant FST Zoom training session.

shown here are versions of the single leg deadlift (SLDL)
It is an excellent functional strength exercise.
Complex, and extraordinarily difficult to perfect.
We train them in both the Foundation and Intermediate levels .
(SLDL is modifiable to a wide range of skill/experience levels)

SLDL is remarkable for training anti-aging strength and skills, including:
- balance(physical/kinematics)
- joint stability + mobility
- alignment
- body awareness
- elegance/grace
- spine strength
- postural awareness and freedom

When you really learn the alignments, and practice these movement principles, with clear guidance and feedback, you develop a strong and healthy relationship with your pelvis, hips, legs, and the ground.
