Hey folks,
I have to tell you – 900 Global has once again unleashed their relentless fury to “striking worldwide!” This Friday, July 29, is the official release of the Reality Check and the Wolverine Dark Moss. And I am here to tell you these new beauties are some mighty artillery for any arsenal!

Out of the box and only testing my grip tonight, the Reality Check was strong, angular, and has exceptional continuation! The Wolverine Dark Moss is smooth, predictable, and has a more crisp and decisive motion down lane than its predecessor. So, after tonight’s preliminary test, I can’t wait to see how these babies hold up in league conditions during the week!

As the Youth Director and Head Coach at Penndel Bowling Center, I would like to take a moment and congratulate the Youth Bowlers listed below. Today they head out to Grand Rapids, Michigan, to compete in the 2022 Junior Gold Championships. They have each dedicated themselves to a lot of hard work, hours of practice, tears, and aggravation while individually striving for their own pursuit of excellence! They proudly represent Penndel Bowling Center this year, and from all of us here at home, we wish them the best of luck and all the success you have earned!

Teen Bowlers: Johnny Arleno, Wesley Cook, Zach Pfeiffer, Chris Shimkus, Jeremy Lieber, Cole Dransfield, Collin Taggart, and Deion Hunter.

Junior Bowler: Scarlett Heidler – Due to a scheduling conflict, Scarlett cannot attend this year’s Championship! However, Scarlett is a part of this group and deserves the same recognition!

Today was a SPECIAL DAY in the Battle for the Cure! Special thanks to Mackenzie Keane (pictured in the middle of picture 1) for organizing and running the second annual “Bowl for the Battle” tournament held at Bowlero, North Brunswick!

As part of the Penndel Youth Program, we were honored to join Mackenzie today. Together as a bowling community, we helped raise over $11,000 to help find the cure for breast cancer!

As the Penndel Youth Program head coach, it gives me great pleasure to congratulate the winner and the top 4 place cashers in the Handicap portion of the tournament!

Together we make a difference!

Tonight at Penndel Bowling Center, players from both the Neshaminy boys and girls teams got together on a mission! And that mission was to help the Neshaminy Girls, the Pennsylvania State Bowling Champs, raise the funds needed to get them to Louisville, Kentucky, to compete in the National Championship!

The students raffled off a Storm Nova, donated by Roll the Ball Pro Shop, and initially raised $510. Then the winner of the Nova, Robert Moran, after realizing the drilling was also paid for, donated an additional $50 to bring the total to $560. But it didn't stop there!

Coach Rick, the students weekly Saturday Teen Challenge Coach and a part of the Storm family, donated an additional $250 in honor of the Storm's tradition of growing the sport of bowling! So, altogether the students raised a grand total of $810.00.

Special thanks to Penndel Bowling Center, Coach Rick at Roll the Ball Pro Shop, and the Storm family for helping us, The Neshaminy Girls PA State Champs, get to Louisville, Kentucky!

It was a great way to celebrate the Easter weekend by participating in the Levittown Lanes Team Challenge Fundraiser! Together the community raised over $6000 to help those who suffered from the loss of Levittown Lanes due to a devastating fire!

Thanks to the Penndel teen bowlers who volunteered their time to bowl for the Team Challenge! I’m proud to say that they stepped up to help the community, and each of them displayed the true spirit of the sport we all love –bowling!

Together as a community, we are supporting and growing the sport of bowling! And that is making a difference! 🙂

Roll the Ball Pro Shop would like to send their deepest sympathy to Al and Mike and all the families associated with the loss of Levittown Lanes. The Bucks County bowling area has suffered a great loss today.

With that loss in mind we at Roll the Ball would like to offer any Levittown League bowler a 15% discount on all items in the shop until the end of their fall bowling season. And we will also provide a $10 discount to our ball drilling services until the end of April 2022. Further, any Levittown bowler who finishes their season at Penndel Bowling Center will receive free cleanings and surface adjustments at no charge until the end of their fall bowling season.

To aide the the Levittown Youth bowlers, Roll the Ball Pro Shop will offer half price drilling fees to any youth bowler who purchases a ball from Roll the Ball Pro Shop until the end of April, 2022.

Let’s hope together we can still make a difference.

I have to admit that today was the memory and blessing of a lifetime! And an early birthday present to boot! I have the privilege of coaching and working with some really amazing young people and being accepted by their families. And although they represent FIVE different school districts, amazingly, we ALL call our home Penndel Bowling Center!

Each of these young people represents the best in growing the sport of bowling! Each with their hope, dreams, and aspirations for the life they will live for years to come! I am proud to be a part of their lives and know I have made even the slightest difference that will last them a lifetime!
