Cadena De Mano uses strikes, kicks, joint locks, and throws to defend against empty hand as well weapon based attacks. The Filipino martial art of Arnis/Escrima is a realistic self-defense system through its use of weaponry, also develops attributes such as hand/eye coordination, speed, agility, timing, body mechanics, and coordination of left and right sides of the body.
