People in Lanesville are picking up the pieces after more than eight inches of water caused extreme flash flooding Tuesday.

UPDATE: Lanesville Community Schools will reopen tomorrow and all on-campus events will resume as scheduled.

Due to the ongoing water boil advisory, we encourage all to bring their own water or beverages. All athletes should coordinate with your coaches for water arrangements. We look forward to seeing everyone again soon! Thank you again to all those who are continuing to work on repairs, we appreciate all your efforts!

The Lanesville Youth League has been a great partner for our softball program. They could use all the help they can get down there!

We appreciate everyone’s kindness and willingness to help clean up the athletic complex. At this time we are waiting for the proper entities and parties to assess the damage before we begin clean up. We also need the soccer and baseball fields to dry out some before we put any heavy equipment on the field to prevent any further damage.

Once we have been given the ok to begin cleanup efforts, we will do so. Any help that anyone is able to provide will be greatly appreciated.
