So much can change in a year.

One year ago yesterday, I posted the picture on the left because I thought it was a funny coincidence—a trainer and her client showing up dressed exactly alike. At the time, it was just a cute photo.

Today, we recreated that picture, and it means so much more.

This is what happens when you commit to yourself. When you prioritize your nutrition, stay consistent with your workouts, and make self-care a non-negotiable. The changes aren’t just physical—they show up in your confidence, your energy, and the way you carry yourself every day.

As moms, we’ve all been there. We spend so much time taking care of everyone else that we put ourselves at the bottom of the list, giving ourselves whatever time and energy is left over. But the truth is, taking care of yourself isn’t selfish—it’s necessary.

Amy, I am incredibly proud of you and how far you’ve come over the last year. Your hard work, consistency, and dedication have paid off, and it’s been an honor to watch your journey unfold. Keep showing up, keep believing in yourself, and keep proving that small, consistent actions lead to incredible results. ❤️💪
