This is what would be diagnosed as forward posture.. the shoulders are starting to round, creating unbalance in the transverse muscles .. The muscles make up the deep pelvic floor muscles located in the core. Weakness relates to lower back pain with weak hamstrings .. With the forward tilt of pelvis,tight hip flexor commonly occur... These issues can be addressed by strengthening the rhomboid,rear deltoid located in the shoulders, any exercises for the abs with your feet in the air such as bicycle, scissors,lower and lift.. strengthening the buttock muscles as well as all of the posterior leg muscles with stretching of the tight hip flexor and front of the legs...ie.. quadriceps...
