Being a Heach Coach is never easy and can be very stressful. But there is also a lot of reward in it that over shadows those negatives.
When you have a support staff of coaches, parents and players that I had this year it makes it all worth it in the end.
First I want to thank the players for playing with so much heart and giving this season your all, being so coachable and having their trust/faith in our process to staying committed in continuing to improve them as player and individually. They have all won my heart over and feel like I was coaching my own daughter.
To the coaches, score keepers and field crew. This took alot of weight off of my shoulders knowing I can show up to a game and have things taken care of. Everyone had a job to take care of and knew what needed to be done. Field was well taken care of and ready to go with no questions, coaches were always engaged in the game and aggressive. Thank you for your thoughts, ideas, constructive criticism AND most important your dedication to the players.
To the parents, thank you for allowing me to coach you daughter, it has been an honor and privilege. Thank you for putting up with all the running around to games and practices making it on time or in some cases rushing around just to make it in general, I understand and relate to it so much. Be extremely proud of what your daughter had accomplished this year and know they ALL have an awesome future ahead of them first and foremost as a person. These girls are all great and well mannered and I owe that all to you as parents.
Last but not least my wife and kids for putting up with my long hours dedicating to the team and league throughout the year. My wife has allowed me to do what I love as a volunteer.
I enjoy this so much and look to keep improving in so many ways. Here’s to an awesome season
We had such an awesome season and am so proud. I will miss the ones moving up to 14u but will still be around to see them succeed.
Hope everyone enjoyed.
Thanks again.
