Our on site Personal Trainer Meghan Thibodeau is offering a New Years special for all new clients! All 30 minute sessions will be $45.00 ending February 1st!
If you have not gotten a chance to meet Meg, she has been in the Fitness industry for 10 years, a mother, a wife, and a dedicated fitness coach leading all of her clients to success with their own personalized health and fitness plans.
With the main focus of building muscle as her foundation to losing weight and building strength, Coach Meg individualizes everyone’s plan to fit their own individual needs. Zoning in on protein, proper training techniques, and 24 seven availability for her clients daily needs it will be hard to lose focus delivering results every time.
Every two weeks, Coach Meg will assess each clients progress by taking measurements which include a detailed breakdown of skeletal muscle, muscle mass, bone, mass, BMI, body fat, hydration, adequacy, protein, adequacy, metabolic age, visceral, fat, and subcutaneous fat. The breakdown of these metrics will allow both you and Coach Meg to understand how your body is working and how we are achieving muscle gain and the loss of body fat the proper way. Often the number on the scale is very deceiving, this will allow Coach Meg to paint a realistic picture of what that number actually means.
