Why is fitness important to you?
Fitness isn’t just something I do—it’s who I am. It’s my foundation, my therapy, and my way of showing up as the strongest version of myself. After fighting and beating cancer, I believe more than ever that taking care of our bodies isn’t optional—it’s essential. Strength isn’t just about lifting weights; it’s about resilience, inside and out.
What is one goal you are currently working on?
Right now, I’m focused on building more muscle while fine-tuning my knowledge to help others do the same. Whether it’s through training, nutrition, or mindset, I want to keep expanding my expertise so I can help people become their strongest selves—because trust me, strength matters when life throws you a fight.
Passion Outside Work:
Technically, fitness is my passion outside work too, but if I had to pick other things—I love dancing (line dancing to be exact🤠), paddleboarding, and getting outside with my kids and my oversized, lovable beast of a dog, Barbella. Life’s too short to stay still!
