At Valhallan Lancaster every session starts with a quick team huddle.new players introduce themselves, and everyone shares something positive that happened during their week (outside of video games)

Why? Because great teammates aren’t only built behind a screen. They’re built through communication, confidence, friendship, and learning to celebrate each others wins.

As one of our founding members, Liam has been part of the Valhallan Lancaster story from the very beginning. After starting out on our Monday Fortnite Duos team, he discovered a new favorite game and a new challenge in Marvel Rivals.

We don’t show this part often… but yes, our gamers touch grass. 🌱😂

What you don’t always see are the friendships, laughter, and moments that happen between the games.

Honestly, we’re usually busy enjoying these moments that we forget to pull out our phones and hit record.

At Valhallan, it’s never just about gaming—it’s about building confidence, making friends, and having fun together.

One of my favorite parts of camp isn’t just the gaming… it’s hearing kids communicate, strategize, encourage each other, and work as a team in real time.

These moments might sound chaotic to everyone else… but to me?
That’s collaboration. That’s confidence building. That’s communication skills in action. 👏
