Didn’t get everyone in this picture but we had more than 25 people at our Unified run and roll club this morning. All paces welcome.

Join us on Sundays at 9am - and if that day and time doesn’t work for you, we’ll have small groups throughout the week. Open to all, not just our gym members.

We're excited to invite friends and family of our members to try out the gym for free the week of March 23rd. It's a great way to show them what we're all about.

If you'd like to bring a friend or family member, email [email protected] so that we can schedule sessions.

From the gym to the classroom.

One of our clients, Dennis, was a guest speaker in our coach Evan's Neurological Rehabilitation class for Northeastern's DPT Program, sharing his story of resilience, recovery, and return to recreation.

Outside of the class, Evan helps us bridge the gap between rehab and fitness. We're lucky to have a team of coaches who do this every day for our clients.

Caylie joined our gym in 2018, around the time that she committed to play field hockey at Stanford. At Unified, she trained alongside clients of all abilities where inclusion was the expectation. So when a spinal tumor and partial paralysis took Caylie through the fight of her life, like all of our clients, she adapted to her circumstances. She never lost sight of returning to the field.

This week, we shared Caylie's story on the .coach podcast. We would love for you to listen.
