Heading into this weekend's season finale at Lancaster Motorplex just a couple points out of third in the points standings after a surprising third-place finish in the feature on September 6. Dan Dressel drove one heck of a race in that #09 "war wagon!"

Two-race wrap-up: Saturday, August 2 was the thrill of victory and the agony of defeat all in one night as Dan and the 09 won the heat and experienced the dreaded mechanical malfunction in the feature...

Fast forward to Saturday, August 16 and things were finally back to normal: another heat win for Dan and another second-place feature finish - just slightly disappointing after leading from the green until caution flew on lap 23 of 25 (just kidding - kinda heartbreaking).
