Hello everyone

If your daughter is interested in playing flag football for my girls travel program please read the following…

We are set to have our first player evaluation today from 530p-730p.

She will need rubber cleats, hydration, and any medication they are prescribed such as asthma pumps. I supply all other equipment needs.

Players will have 4 days of evaluations taking place at the same location and time.

ANNOUNCEMENT!!

PRESSURE will host player evaluations starting next week. Girls in middle school and high school from Lancaster and nearby counties will have 4 days to workout with my current talent.

We are the FIRST and only championship girls travel program in the tri-county area. Home to the FIRST and only flag football gold medalist in the tri-county area. Lead by the FIRST and only USA flag football Talent ID coach in the tri-county area.

How to participate…
-Players need to send an email, dm, or scan qr code on flyer to register.
-Attend out team practices Tuesday & Wednesday September 8th/9th and 15th/16th.
-We start at 530p on the McCaskey East High School campus each day.
-You will need rubber cleats, a mouthguard, and hydration.

We have been blessed to join the first ALL girls league in Lancaster County at Hempfield recCenter. Glad to be a part of history and look forward to what this fall season will bring.

The national tournament this weekend marks Pressure’s third year as an organization!! Our very first tournament was the We Run The World nationals(August 2023) and the girls made it to one of the championship brackets but fell short. Fast forward 3 years and they’ve earned their first WRTW national championship.

Beyond blessed and beyond proud of this 12U team this season. This weekend concludes our 25/26 travel season. We start our 26/27 season August 22nd then our fall rec season August 23rd. Tryouts for our 12U/14U/ high school will be announced next weekend.
I highly encourage everyone to enroll their daughter’s(7th-11th grade) in the Hempfield rec league to start their flag football journey. Please contact their front desk for registration information.

Building a winning culture has and will continue to be our number one objective but…

I’m always glad to see them enjoying the game because it shows they want to play. Coaching is the easy part…building something kids want to be a part of is the challenge. I can proudly say PRESSURE has built that.

Huge tournament in 3 weeks to end our 3rd year as an organization. The opportunity to bring home a championship is on the table 💍

Congratulations to our little brothers representing Alchemy 8U!!

This team was formed in the fall with coaches and players new to flag football. Yes, I helped with some guidance but they are 100% responsible for this championship and team development. It is a blessing to have their trust and respect because it goes a long way.
