I keep it simple......Skinned, Cut & Wrapped to your liking. This customer said "trim for burger and keep good steaks" Lol....every steak is good to a butcher like me !
I don't process like others and keep my overhead low, Most ppl have a grinder at least the ones that I know.
So if you have that luck and trying to save a buck.....give Caz a Holla for only 80 dolla!!

So I'm a Butcher by trade for 20 years. When I lived in NY I did Deer Butchering on the side and did 180 Deer per season and had many many repeat customers. With alot of thought.......I would like to offer my service to the North Country ! I keep it simple to keep my service as affordable possible. I skin...cut...and wrap with freezer paper and zip lock your meat. You have your choice of roasts....stew...steaks...or chops any thickness and wrapped to your liking. I don't grind or make Jerky or sausage.....as this would increase the price and would create more overhead. I do save all your trimmings so you can have them processed at your convenience. Also do Capes at no extra charge. Hope to hear from everyone as this is a passion of mine and hope to help others enjoy their experience.
