This is a clip of my movement practice using a playground as my laboratory. I tested some stretches & moves, noticed, shifted, moved again, and asked myself about what was needed? During these ‘experiments’, I’m intentionally moving and listening, but there’s no choreography or exact plan except to follow my internal cues. This exploration, when done in a playful environment, allows the ‘work’ or learning to stick. This particular experience seemed to lite my fire and get me moving. I needed that since I am coming out of a funky phase of feeling less vitality. I welcome back this life force 🔥!
Local to ? If you’re looking for more opportunities to — I am looking to guide small groups in utilizing a playground to move, notice, and play. I believe it’ll be especially engaging with a group. I’m planning to guide a group on Tuesday June 16th. Exact time and location TBD. I’m planting seeds of curiosity and interest.
