At Uplift we are for the community and our summer gym is for both the kid's and parents. We're providing a free, safe place for kid's & teens to hang out and the parent's can either come in and enjoy the AC or run a few errands while your kid's are in a safe space. Basketball fundamentals will be taught everyday and we will also have different games and activities going on, guests speakers and if possible trips. Ages are from 4 to 17 and we hope to see you this summer.

Our Summer gym program is at Gifford Cole Middle School
3126 E Ave I
Lancaster, Ca 93535

Monday thru Friday from 12pm to 3pm. You can register at Upliftsports.net and go to Summer Gym.

Join us today at Cole Middle School from 12 to 4 p.m. for an exclusive opportunity to enroll your children in the Lancaster Rams tackle football team, drill team, and cheerleading squad. This premier event, hosted by the Antelope Valley Community Uplift Foundation, offers not only enrollment opportunities but also complimentary hot dogs and chips for all attending children.

The venue for this event is Cole Middle School, located at 3126 East Avenue I, Lancaster, California. We are pleased to extend this invitation from 12 to 4 p.m., courtesy of the Antelope Valley Community Uplift Foundation.
