I started calling it cricket pose, after one of my students suggested it. The posture is a bit reminiscent of baby grasshopper pose. We'll be emphasizing hip openers in class to help us work towards this posture. Join me at Tuesday and Thursday 6-7p for All-levels Vinyasa, Saturday at 8am for Yoga Fundamentals, or Monday and Wednesday at 9a for Barre Burn. Starting in September Gentle Yoga Thursday at 10:30-11:30a.

Personal lunch charcuterie - fresh coconut, freshly foraged Hericium mushroom sautéed in butter, Italian pasta salad, dried dates and cherries, garlic goat cheese, black walnuts, champagne cheese, honey, wheat crackers and turkey pepperoni. 😋 😋

This will take your vanilla ice-cream, oatmeal, pork chops,... to the next level! Easy and delicious! Fry black walnuts, and peaches in butter, brown sugar, cinnamon and ginger. Top any dish that could use a sweet, warm addition or just eat as is. 😋

Strawberry rhubarb pie. Not something I make often but 'tis the season and the in-laws gave me rhubarb. I really like how the crumble topping is crunchy and it's sweetness balances the tartness of the rhubarb. A scoop of vanilla ice-cream might be a nice addition but not needed.
