Time for this weeks' lineup:

Our 'Karate and Self Defense' class is held every Monday & Wednesday from 5:00 - 5:45 P.M. This class costs $85 per month with an $85 additional cost for the uniform (first payment only).

We hold our 'X-treme Hip-Hop Aerobics' class on Mondays from 7:00 - 8:00 P.M. with a $7 drop-in fee per class.

We hold our 'Zumba' class on Wednesdays from 6:00 - 7:00 & 7:00 - 8:00 P.M. with a $7 drop-in fee per class.

We hold our 'Dance Fit Line Dancing' class on Thursdays from 6:00 - 7:00 P.M. with a $5 drop-in fee per class.

Good Morning "MOVE-N-GROOVE". Our electrifying class will resume Thursday April 20, 2023 @ 5:30PM. Please return to line dance with me🙏🏾. We will have the shirts at that time and prayerfully move to higher heights. My work schedule has caused a Pause but OMG ... APRIL 20TH we Move! Thank you all.
