📍 Don’t miss this exciting chance to support our local wrestling teams while enjoying a great family day!

Bring the whole family out for a day packed with games, food, and prizes! Kids will love the activities, and parents are invited to see our wrestling room and get a chance to meet our coaches and chat about everything we have to offer!

🍽️ We’ll be selling plates for just $6 – each plate includes two hot dogs, chips, and a drink.

💪 All proceeds and donations go directly to support our Wrestling Club and the Lancaster & Buford Wrestling Teams!

Hello everyone we will be have practice on the mats for the rest of the week. Practice will be in the wrestling room from 3-5 no weight lifting this week.

Hello parents, just wanted to update you all on the summer practice schedule. There will be weightlifting at the Rice building on Tuesday and Thursdays from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM , wrestling practice in the wrestling room Mondays and Wednesdays from 3 to 5 Fridays students will have off.  This will be until the end of July.

Summer practice is as follows
Monday and Wednesday in the wrestling room 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM
Tuesday and Thursday and the rice building 11:30AM to 1:30 PM for weightlifting and conditioning
