Congratulations to Elizabeth Lang!
Elizabeth is State bound next Saturday to Columbia, representing the Seymour XC team.
She finished 15th at the District meet today which qualified her for the State competition.

Our XC team of HS Boys finished the season today with a great run also at the District meet held at Hermitage.

Thank you to the parents and Coach Cook for their support today and throughout our season.

Saturday, 9/25 was the Hermitage Invitational Meet. Two team members took home metals! Congratulations! You can see from the pictures the team building. team preparation, team determination and family support. Seymour fans, family and friends, thanks for the love and encouragement you continue to show to this team and the coach.

The XC team ran in the 50th Annual Seymour Apple Festival 5k Run this morning. Thanks to all of the runners and their families for helping make this a great day! Even Coach Nick Cook was seen running to the finish line to help out a future XC team member! ❤️

Our team did great at the meet at Fellows Lake yesterday! Here are pictures of the runners, team and the sideline cheerleaders. Seymour Tigers XC will be running in their 1st meet for 2022 season at Springfield Fellows Lake for the Strafford XC Invitational. Please keep them in your thoughts today for their traveling, running safety on wet muddy grassy fields, & their strength. They have been working really hard to build up for today. 🐅🏃‍♀️📣🏃🎉
