8A | Lampasas 7 – Brownwood 6
The 8A Lampasas Badgers won a hard-fought battle, 7-6, over the Brownwood Lions!
Domonic Penn came up big with an interception and also hauled in a 4-yard touchdown reception from QB Luke Neal. Uri Vergara added the extra point, which proved to be the difference in the game. The entire defense played extremely well and showed a true “bend, but don’t break” mentality all night.
There were a lot of good things that happened, along with plenty we can learn from as we continue to improve each week.

8B | Lampasas 20 – Brownwood 6
The 8th Grade B Team opened its season with a solid victory over the Brownwood Lions. Both sides of the ball played hard, and we were pleased with the effort we saw on the field. The Badgers will look to continue building on a great start next week against Little River Academy.

The 7th Grade A Team came firing on all cylinders! The Badgers played well in all three phases of the game and earned a great all-around team victory.
We are proud of the effort and look forward to building on it next week against Little River Academy.

The 7B Badgers came out and had a great game against the Brownwood Lions!
The Badgers dominated all phases of the game, putting up 28 points with one touchdown coming on a kick return. The defense played extremely well, holding Brownwood to just six points.
It was an outstanding all-around performance by the Badgers!
