Hey everyone, I will be making a 3 week trip to Europe so content will be down for the next couple of weeks. I will try to record videos of healthy breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack decision.
When I get back I will start a series on YouTube at the "The Savage Strength" channel showing how anyone can lose weight, and I can prove it. I have deliberately gained weight, and ate pretty sloppy,resulting in gaining 3 pounds just this week. I am doing this just to show how if I can go from average to savage, You Can To.
