⚡️When did you start your fitness journey?

In college after I gained the freshman 15. I started running and eventually ran a couple of marathons, then started CrossFit about 10 years ago when we lived in Vegas.

⚡️What do you love most about being part of Jolt?

The people- specifically my 7AMers pushing me to do more than I ever thought I could.

⚡️What is your favorite movement?

Clean and jerk or wall balls.

⚡️What other sports did you used to play?

No sports, ever. 😂 Hence why I’m not on our softball team.

⚡️What is your favorite high-protein snack?

Does cheese count?

⚡️Would you rather do 100 calories on the bike or ski erg?

Ski erg 💯
