I feel like the key to hydration for me was finding a water bottle that works for me and my lifestyle...and admittedly, I was a bit relentless on finding the “perfect one…

After many Amazon returns and growing my water bottle graveyard, I’ve realized my “must haves” are: one that fits in my purse and standard car cup holders, has an opening large enough to fit my hand and sponge for cleaning, a lid with no gross hidden compartments that is dishwasher safe, has a mouth piece that must be fully covered when not in use, and most of all…*actually* leak proof.

First world problems, I know. But my Byond Barre water bottle has become an extension of my arm lately, and I have been so full of energy and hydrated because of it. 👏🏻

It is with bitter sweetness that we announce our studio power house, Morgan is moving on to a new adventure outside of Byond Barre. She has made such an incredible impact during her 6 months here at the studio, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the energy, positivity, and insane talent that she brought to every class. Whether it was 6am or 6pm, you could always count on her for a crazy workout and positive vibes. Her last day is this Friday, so get your Morgan fill this week!!! She will be missed. 🙏🏻

We couldn’t be more excited to welcome Fallon to the Byond Barre team!! Fallon has always enjoyed living an active lifestyle. As a child, Fallon dabbled in dance and gymnastics, before focusing on cheerleading, going on to cheer competitively from grade school thru early collage, while also coaching for 3yrs. In 2021 Fallon found barre and instantly fell in love. Seven months into her practice she decided to pursue a life long dream of being a fitness instructor and never looked back. Having now taught well over 700 classes, in formats ranging from classic barre to high intensity barre cardio, and many variations between – Fallon brings not only hands on experience, but a passion for teaching and encouraging others. You can expect a challenging (in the best way) workout, with a banging playlist and lots of SMILES!

Wake up with Fallon every Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday morning. Her full schedule will be released next week - stay tuned! 🤗🤗

thankful for this community we are building TOGETHER. 15 women came out this morning for our Turkey burn class. For those of you who gave me an hour of your Thanksgiving today…I hope your cheeks weren’t as sore as mine. 😬🍑
